While there are many sample menus and options available throughout our site, the best way to tailor your menu is to speak with an event director. Submit a request for proposal or call (540) 216-3959 to directly consult with one of our staff regarding your event. Our chef is very flexible and is happy to customize menus and even recreate favorite family recipes if that's what is desired by our client!

For clients planning large scale parties, we do offer private tastings depending on our volume of business, typically on Wednesday evenings and occasional Saturday's in the off-season. Please inquire regarding our specific tasting policies and upcoming open tasting opportunities.
Once you have decided to use our services, we enter what we refer to as the production stage. This stage will include the logistical aspects of your event such as menu design, helping you choose your table settings, advice
on timelines and floor plans, and interfacing with an event planner or day-of coordinator if you have one. We welcome you to visit our showroom by appointment to visualize your table settings and overall design for your event. A member of our sales team with provide guidance at your final walk through 30-45 days prior to the big day.
